  Marq sold a house for me in Southaven Mississippi in 2021 and did an excellent job ! He oversaw all of the updates I wanted in the home before selling, He is very responsive, any time I called he either answered immediately or called back within minutes. He is very professional and personable. I will be using him shortly to sell a second home for me. You can’t go wrong with Marq!

  Marq helped my wife and I sell our home last year. He came out and walked through our home, suggested some minor cosmetic details to address, and then sent his photographer out. Our house was listed on MLS with professional photos within hours. Marq helped us field several offers before ultimately attracting the offer that we accepted. Throughout the process, Marq spoke with my wife and I several times each day and even well into the evening. Marq also helped negotiate the lease back of our house as we needed time before we could take possession of our new home. I could tell that Marq had worked many transactions and I always felt as if he was firmly in control of the situation. NOT EASY when you are selling a 100 year old wooden house! Would highly recommend and I can attest to his hands on approach and constant work ethic. His name is on the sign and you can tell he takes tremendous pride in what he does!

  Marq just sold our rental in 24 hours from it hitting the market. I live in Nashville so he handled everything for us. Replacing the carpet, paint, etc... highly recommend!!

  This was absolutely the worst experience ever!! We started our venture with Emily which was the best situation but had to deal with Marq Cobb due to nature of deal. Marq didn’t lift a finger throughout the same of our home and purchase of new home! He was only after commission, which was shown through process. He did not go to bat for my family while working for us. He tricked us out of our home and never guided us on purchase of our new home which we FOUND OURSELVES!! We only dealt with Marq because he promised Emily commission one side of the deal, which was an absolute lie! He never showed up to either closing nor walkthroughs! We could’ve done this ourselves as we’ve done before. You would have thought he worked for our buyers in the selling of our home. We scrambled to pick up keys the day of closing and an escrow check days later. This dude didn’t do any work!!!! To make matters worse the guy only gifted us a $20 bottle of champagne (Charles Orban). I drink Veuve Clicquot on my worse days!
