About Jody Davis

Jody Davis grew up in Chattanooga and then lived in several cities along the east coast before returning to her hometown in 2019. Soon after that, she met her now husband, and his job recently brought them to the Memphis area.

 

Jody’s interest in real estate began in 2019 when she and her husband decided to build a home. She got licensed and launched herself into the profession in early 2020, and got her training experience during the height of the crazed real estate market of that year. Now, she is excited to learn the nuances of the Memphis market while also getting to know the area. Most of her Memphis area experience centers around her own home search. Not only did she represent herself in her move to the area, but also she continues to build a great list of resources through home projects and renovations.

 

Currently, she serves on the Girls Inc. of Chattanooga Board and the Baylor School Alumni Council, and she is actively looking for ways to get plugged into the community in Memphis as well. While not in the office, she enjoys traveling, playing golf and tennis, ice skating, and discovering new restaurants with her husband Jon Paul. They live in Germantown with their one-year-old Pug Frankie Moon.
